Preheat your oven to 200°C and prepare a baking tray lined with foil.
Clean the portobellos with a paper towel and ensure the stems of the portobello are short.
Blend the cream cheese, mixed herbs, and finely chopped garlic with a spoon, then carefully spoon the mixture into each portobello cap, avoiding overfilling. Garnish with a sprinkle of pine nuts.
Wrap two bacon strips around each portobello and secure with one or two toothpicks.
Place the portobellos on the lined baking sheet and bake in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.
