Creamy Garlic Mushrooms


250 g White Mercer mushrooms

1 Onion

1 Garlic clove

1 tbsp Olive oil

120 ml Cream

1 tbsp Soy sauce

1 tbsp Fresh parsley

Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Begin by cleaning and slicing the mushrooms lengthwise. Sauté them in olive oil until golden, about 5-6 minutes.
  2. Add chopped onion and garlic, and cook until soft, about another 5 minutes.
  3. Pour in the cream, and season with salt, pepper, and parsley. Enhance with a splash of soy sauce. Simmer for another 5 minutes to meld the flavors.
  4. Serve hot and enjoy the creamy mushroom delight!
